He began his professional journey in December 2020 as a Realtor at Zuberi Builders & Real Estate in Pakistan, where he guided clients through property investments and managed branch operations. Driven by a passion for digital marketing, Hashir became a certified digital marketer in 2021 and transitioned into the role of Digital Marketing Manager at Zuberi 360 Marketing. There, he developed hands-on expertise in social media management, ad campaigns, email marketing, and creative content strategies.

Since 2023, Hashir has expanded his experience internationally, supporting clients in the US, UK, and Philippines across lead generation, client relations, recruitment, cold calling, and administrative assistance. This diverse background inspired him to create Elite Ops Connect—a company dedicated to empowering business owners, building high-performing teams, and delivering measurable results.
